Help! Is this implantation bleeding? I got BFP on Friday, have had some cramps and I just wiped and got this! I hope it's just implantation bleeding. Now I'm freaking out.

I'm so sorry if the worst has happened. I went through a miscarriage last year now pregnant again & got a scan tomorrow had some horrid cramps never been so scared!! Fingers are crossed for you xx
