Looking for ideas/tactics to help my wife feel better after a BFN test. we have only been trying for a few months but she gets her hopes up every time there is any sign or symptom (to be honest so do I..) and every time we find out she is not preggo it breaks her heart and it breaks mine to see it. what do you guys do t cheer your ladies up?

Well, as a girl, my hubby couldn’t really make it go away, but huge hugs and encouragement that you’ll try again helps. Also, making sure you don’t say anything that would make her feel like it’s her fault she didn’t get pregnant. I tried soooooo hard every month to do EVERYTHING right and my hubby would thank me for everything I did, which meant a lot. Also, it was huge when he tried things himself to increase his fertility too like eating healthier, etc. After two miscarriages, and 15 months of trying, I’m pregnant with what seems like our baby to keep. :-)

Just be there for her. Just show that you're wanting to try as much as she is. Maybe research some stuff about ttc, products that could help etc. And discussing what you find with her. Also planning romantic things for her will help keep her mind off of the stress of ttc and help keep the relationship going well through the stress. Best of luck!
