Your best friend?

I asked both of my best friends if they wanted to be in my wedding or at it because they'll both have to find sitters they both said it didn't matter. I already knew I wanted four other girls so I was probably going to have one of my best friends or my older cousin make a fifth. Since they had said that I asked my older cousin she said she would be honored to be in it. I thought that made my choice (to have my older cousin and help my bestfriends not choosing one over the other plus for them to have to find a sitter for the events) I told one of my bestfriends I thought I had the wedding party figured out she asked who I told her and she was furious. She said that I had picked "random girls" it should've been her if it wasn't all family I said I'm her bestfriend but I can't read her mind she said you shouldn't have had to asked. I apologized to her an said we could change it she said no and then wasn't even going to come to the wedding! I've always known my friend to be a little dramatic but we've been friends for years and I just cried
