What is normal implantion bleeding and what is consider a "missed window"(period)?

Normal implantation bleeding happens usually 6-12 days after ovulation (though 5 days or 14 days after are possible too). 
The average day is 9dpo. 
It is a very light spotting brown or pink, not red. It can be just one wipe or very light on and off for 2-3 days.

I don't understand the missed window/period question because to me missed window would refer to missing your fertile window, not your period.
