IM PREGNANT!!!! Bloodwork came back positive at 12dpIUI with an hcg level of 28 and a progesterone level of 18.9.

Sorry buts iui?  Is it a trigger of HCG to "define" the pregnancy or something like that? I have seen it all over here. And yay congrats!!!!

IUI is for lack of definition the turkey Baster procedure. Trigger is the shot to induce ovulation.

I'm 11dpiui today and still got a negative. Trying to remain hopeful, but it's not looking good. Good luck today. I go in for my beta on Monday.

What is a trigger shot( in lehmans terms please) is it a hormone therapy? lol I keep seeing trigger shot posts but am completely clueless. I did vote negative too. I just don't really see a line except in the tweak. I'm skeptical about tweaks In general just because I think it can give false hopes. I'd rather say negative and be wrong than say positive and be wrong. I wish you luck and hope you do get your baby!

All the photos above are tweaked a little. You can see the lines plain as day in person but the camera lens just isn't sensitive enough to show it. But thank you for explaining your vote.

During a medicated cycle, a trigger shot may be administered. It is the hcg hormone that forces ovulation usually 24-36 hours later. During an IUI cycle after this period is when they will perform the actual insemination.
