Could I still get pregnant with the implant?

So I've had the implant for almost 1 year and a half until now and everything is been going well. I'm a little concerned bc me and my bf have sex like every week and this time I've been having stomach aches for almost 3 days in a row. Idk if I'm freaking out and it's just something I ate but I can't really tell if I'm pregnant from my period since it isn't regular at all. Thank you!!!
