Dual military TTC
Just trying to get some advice from women who are in the military or dual military. How did y'all balance training/ lack of sleep/ poor eating habits / long work days with TTC? It seems like we're always on opposite schedules or 1 of us always gets a 24/ 48 hour shift when I'm ovulating. Any advice is welcome ❤️💪🏼🇺🇸
