Oh..my..god..HOW!?
On 1st August I started dieting. I did really well, lost 20lbs!!
This week, I know it’s a bull shit excuse but I’ve been full of flu and not cared so much and not been as strict. I weighed myself this morning, fully prepared to have gained a couple of lbs but it’s telling me ive gained fucking 6!!!!
How?!?!?
How can I take a long time to lose that much then it simply just go back on in a few days?!
I was feeling fresh as fuuuuck now I feel like am done!!!
