Has anyone had a delayed period from b complex?

I started it cd 1. Positive opk cd17. I'm on cd 34 and no period. I had brown spotting yesterday but af hasn't shown. I guarantee I'm not pregnant and my period is just delayed. I'm ready for it to come so we can start fresh. I usually have a 28-32 day cycle

How did you make out?  I'm dealing with this now...started taking b complex a few weeks ago because I follow a mostly vegan diet. Now I'm 4 days late, which is very unusual for me. I've read b vitamins can mess with your cycle but I'm starting to get nervous. My partner and I are not trying to conceive and we always use birth control. I'll probably take a pregnancy test if nothing happens today.

Hello- I'd like to know this too I started taking B6 this cycle (not sure of dosage 100 or 200 -1x a day)
But this is also a first that I heard it can or would delay a period.
