Lotion like discharge

A little back ground information: been diagnosed with placenta previa since 19 wks pregnant...have had 2 bleeds since being diagnosed...my last bleed which was my worst 1 was about 3 wks ago where I found out my I had dilated 1 cm and my cervix has shortened...my baby is also head down...but I am only 29 wks and 6 days....OK fast forward to yesterday...went to go use the bathroom to urinate and I go to wipe and there is literally like a lotion like substance in the tissue...maybe thinner than lotion but a lot of it...no order...it doesn't burn when I pee...just white and unusual...I went to the bathroom this morning its still there but not as much as it was...what could this be? thinning of my cervix? mucus plug? Any feedback will help
