Drying up?
Help! I am an exclusive pumper (for reasons beyond my control) and suddenly last week my supply dropped more than 5 oz per day. My daughter is 8.5 months. I’ve been trying to switch to green tea from coffee, and have been taking bcaas in effort to lose a little weight. Any ideas why this is happening?
