So I absolutely love the names Mila and Laila but I'm worried they are about to be super popular and I don't want my kids name to essentially be the "Emily" of 2018. Do you think those names are about to become super common?

I didn't think they were too popular. My stepmoms name is Laila and everyone pronouces it wrong so it can't be that popular lol

I’m not pregnant yet but Mila is the name I have picked out if I have another girl!!! I have a Makenna and a Madison already. Madison is super popular and there’s like 50 other Madison’s in her school so I  totally understand what you mean. Sometimes I wish I’d of picked something more unique for her but it fits her perfectly!

I named my son Finnegan and love that no one had that name. I get so many compliments. I have 3 girl names picked out which I won't share but they are also unique. I hated having a common name growing up so I wouldn't use a common one. That's just me.
