So it looks like my baby loves the breech and transverse positions. This being, it looks like I'm going to have to go in for a scheduled C-section. It's totally freaking me out because my husband and I just moved from our home town and I don't have my mom there with me like the last time I was pregnant. My husband is great but he's the only one working to support the family right now and we can't afford him to miss too many days from work to help me after the surgery. Week also have a 6 year old that still requires being looked after like any child would, and I don't want him worried why mommy can't do what she use to. What were the first couple days post op like for you all once you got home? How did you handle your first child while recovering? Do I go to see my regular doctor for my post C-section check ups or back to OB-GYN? Is scar care difficult? Did it affect your ability to do housework? I know I'm asking a ton, I'm just terrified of my house falling apart due to me needing to not so much after the surgery. Any tips, advice, or wisdom on the subject would be wonderful.
