Manual Handling Training Course
In work we will have one of these courses coming up and I was just wondering what is people's thoughts on doing this while pregnant? I will be 7 weeks at the time. When I was pregnant before I was excluded from doing it due to health and safety and it may be a risk to my pregnancy. I have googled it and can't find any clear information on if I can do it or not. I am in Ireland if anyone can help me please?
