Cycles syncing with Glow

Anyone have a miscarriage while tracking with this app? How long did it take for it to be accurate again? I know it needs a track record of data to be most accurate. I'm asking because I had a D&C; mid August after losing my second baby at 6.5 weeks in a year. I had my first menstrual cycle last week (long and light... not like it used to be, shorter and medium). Anyway, the glow app is showing I would be fertile the DAY after my cycle. Probably not accurate...

I may seem impatient but my Doc said basically my time is ticking with my 2 back to back miscarriages (& just turned 40). I do have one child from a full term pregnancy so we know everything "works", just have a race against time and my body right now...
