Self esteem

Well im 168 cm and 53 kg. I have a boyfriend for almost 2 years.we had sex already a lot but only in the dark. Im unable to show my body to him im afraid he'll judge me. I think only if i loose at least 10 kg i will be able to get naked in front of him. He always says he wants to see me and that he wont judge me but i just cant believe him...
