did not know i had a Miscarriage😢

went to the Dr on friday to find out why my period lasted like 3 weeks now never happend before so they told me to come in today and yold me i had a miscarrage 😭 i never had one before i had an ectopic after my first born and i just had a baby shes 11months now but we wanted to have another baby but thought i wasnt pregnant but since i had my period thought i just wasnt prego but i was 😣 well now im being checked my blood going back on friday now to check my levels going down but Dr says its a shot that i needed so baby needed to stick but didnt really pay attention what it was called and now i need to get it if i want to get preggo again does that sound familiar to anybody ? if so any info for me please thanks
