Please help! EWCM for 4 days, but negative OPK tests!

Does anyone find that they show ewcm for days on end, but get negative opk’s?? This is my first cycle post miscarriage and I’m worried I’m not going to ovulate... I’m on day 12 of my cycle and I can’t say for sure I know my cycle length because I always fell in the 26-29 day. But this is my first cycle post miscarriage so it could be a lot different? My breasts are sore as well so I’m having the symptoms I normally would, but negative tests? Any advice would be appreciated
