What's going on !
I had a miscarriage on the 14th of July was 4 weeks and 6 day. Naturally passed, no D&C; done, I haven't gotten my period since and I'm lost on what's going on. Friday I had spotting so I thought maybe I'm pregnant again so I took a test on Saturday but came back negative. Now I'm completely lost........I need help.
