hypnobirthing or calm birth classes is there really any difference in their teachings?

i cant decide between the two and everything ive read on forums say they about very smilliar anyone know the differences? any advice would be great 😁

I enjoyed my hypnobirthing class and experience. I learned a lot and let go of some big fears. It helped get me through an emergency induction with pitocin in a way where I didn't need any pain meds or epidural. I wasn't totally zenned out but there was a deep sense of calm because of prior work of telling my subconscious the affirmations and learning to trust myself my baby and my body. It definitely helped!

I e heard a lot of cool things about hypnobirthing but have chosen to keep my distance from it. The reason being that it's my understanding when you are practicing Hypno birthing, there really is no room for any deviation. And the more and more I learn about natural childbirth it seems that the more room for adaptation, change, and improvising leads to best results.

Following. I'd like to know too. I've been doing some hypnobirthing teachings but my midwife teaches calm birthing. Seems to me they are pretty much the same thing except hypnobirthing possibly has more to it, on deeper levels. More involved maybe. I'm enjoying what I'm learning though and will use the techniques during labour. I also have meditations to listen to, to help get me in the zone when needed.

I was about to post something regarding hypnobirthing and came across this post. 
I do not have free time to travel 40 miles to the nearest hypnobirth class or pay $500 plus travel cost to have an instructor come to my home for 5 weeks to teach me how to relax and accept the process. 
With my last two pregnancies (last one being 18 years ago) I went in labor on my own and waited to go in to the birthing center to deliver. I wished it was all natural but I did use whatever they could give to help ease the pain. That birth was a piece of cake. I’d do that all over again if possible. I had a spinal block with my first pregnancy and was induced as well. That was the most awful experience EVER! My second child I was also induced but it wasn’t with pitocin instead it was a pill and I waited to go in to avoid the pressure to get an epidural. 
This baby is going to be big. He is already measuring in the 92% for his gestational age and we have had two growth scans already and have at least  one planned. 
I have family and coworkers who are always telling me I am going to have to have him early or wimp out and have a cesarean. I’ve never had a cesarean and really don’t want one unless it’s medically necessary. They’re putting fear and doubt in my mind. With this pregnancy, I want to be relaxed and as in synced with body as possible. 
What hypnobirth books or cd’s would you recommend that I can read over the next 12 weeks? I work full time amd my husband works late hours so traveling the distance to see a hypnobirth instructor is not an option. Any suggestions??
