NT Scan at 3.6 mm

I had my NT Scan at 13 weeks (Friday) and they measured my baby's fluid behind the neck at 3.6 mm. The doctor said anything above 3 mm isn't good and listed off all these things that could be causing it.

She said it could be downs syndrome...tri 13 or 18.. any kind of chromosome abnormalities. When I asked if it could ever not mean those she said.." It's always something. If it's not those then there's something wrong with the heart." THEN she went on to say that we should consider termination. I completely lost it and started crying my eyes out.

Has another had a high NT measurement and everything turned out fine? The doctor was beyond rude for a situation like that and literally left me no hope.
