Maintaining a healthy lifestyle!

Hello! So recently i've embarked on getting a little healthier and losing some weight. I started out at about 146 pounds (I am 4'10" and sixteen years old), and i'm now down to 129 pounds. I have a hard time, though, maintaining this as I go up and down with my weight. There was a few reasons that I pushed myself to this lifestyle; I want to fit into some of my old dresses and I want to be back in shape for starting gymnastics again (I was a competitive gymnast before I tore a muscle and stopped). Another reason is that I had a gall bladder disease/stomach cancer scare. My stomach still has problems; but that really pushed me to try and help the nausea and pain. EITHER WAY, i've been having a hard time trying to continue this lifestyle of getting healthier. I suffered from anorexia when I was young, so I don't typically like to resort exactly to dieting. I also have a gym membership and I go with my friend to work out. On top of that, I joined the high school gymnastics team. But I still tend to give in to cravings and in general, I have a hard time keeping up with healthy eating. What do you think would help motivate me or help me in some way to try and get healthier?
