Anyone had the Claritest (blood test)?

Has anyone had the Claritest blood test done to learn the gender and genetic abnormalities? Any risks? Where do they get the blood from? Is it safer to wait until the 18-20 week ultrasound to find out gender? Thanks!!!

i did because i had to. it's a non invasive prenatal test so they just draw blood from your arm. we found out gender and confirmed no genetic abnormalities
