Weird pain

Ok so I'm 29 weeks pregnant (but measuring 3 weeks ahead) and I have been having this irritating, constant, nagging pain in my lower back and hip that occasionally will radiate up my spine. It's not my sciatica I'm well aware of that pain! It hurts, sitting, standing, walking, laying down, the only thing that even slightly helps is standing with my feet shoulder width apart and swaying my hips... I've tried sleeping with a pillow between my knees, ice packs, shower, none of it helps. I wish I could describe the pain better but I just don't know how. does anyone know what this Is or have experienced it?
