First Sonogram

So today I had my first Sonogram... I'm SUPER scared being that I am 13 weeks and 4 days, I did not see my baby! I am scared because I have had a ectopic pregnancy before, and I hoping and praying that is not the case this time. I'm not having any bleeding or vomiting, but slight cramps. I don't know what to think, and now I'm sitting even more anxious because I haven't heard back from my doctor yet! Has anyone had this happen to them before?
