Hormonal knee pain
I remember getting pains in my knees as a kid and it was always put down to growing pains. I'm now 29 and having some agonising pain in my left knee, I know I haven't had any injury. I am menstruating quite heavily as 1st AF since MC in August. I'm convinced it's linked. Does anyone else get knee pain like this?
