depression

i woke up this morning feeling sad and scared. it got worse as I pulled up my Facebook to see that someone shot at the route 91 festival. at the time there was 20 reported people dead and 100 injured. as I kept scrolling I started to see the videos of Jason aldean singing and mid song tale off the stage and then heard the people screaming. and as the day went on, more people we're dying. more people we're injured. im so sad about it and I don't know why. it's just like something inside me is screaming. and I just am so scared to be in this world anymore.
