Question for anyone who’s had the nexplanon or has the implant. I got it inputted just about over a month and I’m at my point where I would had had my period. I have painful cramps on my period generally and I know with the nexplanon you have spotting so I’m sure since this would be my time of the month I’d have cramps. My problem is this time it’s a different kind of cramp it’s only on my left side and it hurts when I stretch out my legs or even walk. I took 12 hour midol which I normally used with cramps and it helped a little bit.

My question to anyone was the first time you were on the implant and it was your time of the month was your cramps more painful than before?

Or should I go get checked because I’m worried about this pain it’s almost non stop and feels almost like a gas bubble just in my ovaries and when I press on that side it hurts.
