So much swelling 😭 help
When did everyone's swelling go down pp if you had any? I'm day 6 pp and my feet are still so swollen I can barely walk and they're the size of balloons. My tummy still feels swollen and bloated. How do some people get back so quick after? Ftm and had an emergency section but I just don't know if all of this is normal and when it will all start going away. Can I do exercises or no? I wasnt told much upon discharge.
