Just been and had a scan. I've got Fibroids and Polycystic ovaries on my right side. She said my womb and ovaries look healthy and im due to ovulate soon (Been TTC for #1 for 10 months now)

I've been in extreme agony in my lower region 24/7 for 4 weeks. I'm now of work because the pain is so bad. She said what she found isnt the cause of my symptoms and pain, so im haveing to have further investigations.

Has anybody with polycystic ovaries and fibroids managed to conceive ? Just to put my mind at ease abit .
