Spit up suggestions...

Okay so my month old has gradually started spacing out her feedings during the day to every 2/2.5 hours. At night, she can sometimes go up to five hours before she wakes up. Problem is, in the morning she seems to spit up a lot after her first few feedings.

Is this because she went so long at night? I hate to wake her up in the. Igor because I just stopped doing that at about four weeks because if I went four hours, she would still be fast asleep and I’d have a hard time waking her up.

Any suggestions to help with the spit up issues? Or is it normal for them to do that after waiting a long time?
