Difficulty TTC

My SO and I got married June 17 this year and have been TTC but I'm having so many problems. I haven't been on any form of birth control since 2014 but I don't have periods, my last one was July 13th & im not pregnant I test frequently. We have no way of knowing when or if I'll ovulate, I waste money on OPKs due to the time span in between. I have no health insurance so I can't just go see a dr. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions or even an idea of what's happening? We want to be considered "TTC" but I have no way of tracking anything and it makes me so sad. 😔
