Seeking advice urgently-3 years no pregnancy

Hello everyone ive been married for 3 years started to try to get prgnnt from 2 years no results i tried with 3 month on clomid still no result all my tests and husbands tests are normal one of my fallopian tubes has adhesions but its mot blocked and the other one is normal everything related to uterus is normal please advice because i am freaking out if any of u had previous experiences
