BBT chart help!!
I just started temping today and want to figure out what I need to keep an eye out for.
What are temps supposed to look like before ovulation?
During ovulation?
After ovulation?
Does temp rise before ovulation then spike down on ovulation day?
Any other information would be greatly appreciated. I am clueless🤷🏼♀️
