Fourth lobe piercing or no?

Those are cute! I have three in each ear as well. What about an industrial or tragus?

If you want to, you should go for it! 😊 I have 4 lobe piercings on my right side (plus a daith and helix) and 3 on my left (and another helix). I love all of them. Lol
