walker or bouncer??

what is better for a 5/6 month old. a walker or bouncer???

exersaucers are the best because they typically grow with the child. walkers impair walking either by making them walk at a later time, or force them to walk tippy toes and if they don't stop can require a procedure to correct.

My daughter only had a walker, it was great cuz she could move around and it doubled as a 'highchair' lol I forgot to put a high chair on the registry and the walker just worked out well. She loved being mobile, the only downside was she'd get stuck on the carpet but once she was fully walking (I think somewhere around 8-10 months was when she started to walk, but still a bit clumsily without falling though) she was able to pick up the sides to move on the carpet. We lived in a fully carpeted apartment, linoleum flooring in the kitchen/dining and bathrooms, and eventually she'd follow us into the bedroom by picking it up as she walked lol

I forgot the name and just looked it up. Its called the Jumperoo lol. My son LOVED it, he would jump on it all day long. it helps strengthen and tone your babys legs. It makes it easier for them to walk later on. :)

My son was in a walker at 5 months and walked independently by 9months. He lovvvvvvved his walker because he became independent and could go around our entire first floor.

Either or tbh ... my little boy is nearly 9month been in his bouncer for a month or two (loves it) and will be in his walker when we get him one. He’s starting to want to be up all the time so won’t be long 😊

bouncers.  try to avoid walkers. they actually impair them , more so than helping.  and wallkers are bannes in so many countries for more than one reason. bouncers are a lot safer..
