Traveling with 6 week old?

Wondering if anyone had traveled with their newborn on an airplane? Baby will be about 6 weeks, hasn’t had 2 month shots yet. It will be a short 2 hour flight. Wondering if I should wait till after shots or ttry to see dr earlier. She’s happy and healthy, had the hep vaccine in hospital.

My biggest fear is hen coming into contact with someone who was not vaccinated against measles or something. That’s why we held off on our planned trip until our daughter had her shots and her immune system is a little stronger.

If it were me I'd wait. I flew frequently and would get sick myself from other people in the airport or on the plane, so I wouldn't want to expose my LO to so many germs so soon.
