Any gym guru's/bikini/etc comp girls?
I've wanted to bikini comp forever so next year I'm speaking positive I'll take that goal. I was into fitness a lot bc my mom was a gym mgr and did relay for life so I was apart of that but as years went on I let fear hold me back from school sports and self imagine into eating disorder where I couldn't get out of bed some days or people would visually notice me looking sick. Anyway of course it's still taken years for my body to heal. Externally/internally/mentally. I've tried my hardest over the years to build all those things plus nutrition. (Before all that I mean like kid age I became anemic and hypoglycemic) later on vegetarian and still am. I still have digestion issues. And episodes from my health issues but my period has always been a bad girl too like one of those people it's so bad you stay in bed all day, the shakes, cold sweats, can't eat, nauseous, cramps that knock you to your knees, pain all over my joints hurt 2x more, migraines (I have them anyway but it's just worse when you have cramps too right lol) anyway I'm still trying my hardest to overcome my goal and not make any of this an excuse but it is hard. Girls any advice?
