Ladies please help a possible mommy to be

Ok so according to my calendar for the month of September I’m supposed to ovulate today and I went to the bathroom at work cause I had cramps and I saw this and after I haven’t had anymore cramps they were gone, can someone please tell me what this is. Af not expected until 10/14
