Conceiving after a LEEP

Trying for baby #2 a year after having a LEEP procedure. I know there are higher risks of complications and miscarriages after having a LEEP. Anyone out there conceive after a LEEP? Any changes from a previous pregnancy? Any complications that you didn’t have before?
