TMI: Early pregnancy symptom - SOAKING wet?!

In early pregnancy, did anyone else feel like the floodgates have burst open?! The last two days, my CM has been sopping wet!
Could this be an early pregnancy symptom?
I also have been having twinges in the left and right side of my lower abdomen and now it just feels like I have a small rock in my uterus.
