My mom has 2 cat's that she is always worried about having because most places she lives either doesn't allow them at all or charge to have them and she can't afford it. Her and my sister both have 1 and they also have mental health issues. My mom is bipolar and my sister has a brain tumor. I was thinking as an early Christmas gift I would pay to have both cats legally registered to my mom and sister as their emotional support animals! Do you think this would be a good gift?? It's about $80 or $100 or more per cat, but this way my mom never has to worry about not being allowed to have them again. I would also help them get the legal documentation from a doctor. The registration comes with a card for each cat and a certificate for each as well!
