Hashimoto's and TTC

Hi! I was diagnosed with Hashimotos 3 years ago, with antibody levels of 200+ one year ago. My TSH is in a good range now (1.2) but has never stayed very regular. 1. Does the antibody level matter? 2. Has anyone here had problems conceiving or staying pregnant with Hashimotos?

We've only been ttc for 3 months.
