Why do I have this? Please help

I got nexplanon exactly a week ago and the steri strips just came off, I noticed to little incisions healing. Could it be from the numbing shot and then nexplanon insertion ? Please help 
It's more noticeable in person but it kind off looks like 2 tiny holes next to each other that are scaring and healing

I've had Nexplanon 3 times, (not to show my age but even back when it was called Implanon 😉) it's completely normal.

i’d say it’s just bruising. mine looked like that after but i’m fine now🤷🏻‍♀️.

Mine was kinda like that after I got mine but I'd call your doctor just to make sure everything is alright. It never hurts to ask!
