trying too convince with baby number 2

I've been trying to conceive for about a month now and I had the mirena for 3 years after I had my daughter in 2013 and that was in July that I got it out and I started to take the pill but only took it for a month and I had a period for 2 days on August 7-9 i ovulated on september 25-26th we're my most fertile days. and I am 7 days past ovulation and I have been feeling weird. today was the day I should have implanted ( or so it says) and I woke up super sick this morning and threw up and my breast feel tingly and when I went potty today after not being able to for 3 days they were like pebbles and my stomach is kinda cramping and I'm super tired. I have alot of the symptoms so I took a test but it said negative when do you all feel like I should test again. or do you have any suggestions as to what you think might be going on. I really want another baby.
