Bad Sex

So Monday I freaked a guy and a condom was used but he was a still a baby at sex so it wasn't good at all his nut went everywhere is shouldn't be and his breath kinda smelled and he would kiss me but I didn't kiss him back cause I was holding my breath... after the sex I went on eve to log it an it says I'm fertile so I brought & took a plan B just to be safe after taking it the day after I got cottage cheese like discharged so I'm sure I have a yeast infection and I did schedule an appointment for down there... I'm not to worried because I do get yeast infection easily and my doctor told me it kinda nothing to do about it which I don't think is true so do you guys have any ways to get rude a yeast infection and to stop them from coming.( I have already changed my soaps , detergent, wear lose clothes, acv( apple cider vinegar), and Monistat)
