My 6 month old won’t eat solids!

My baby girl turned 6 months at the end of September and she will not eat solids. She still sticks her tongue out when I try to feed her. I thought that reflex was supposed to go away by now? She’s always been a very difficult baby. She won’t take a bottle or a pacifier. All she wants is her momma but I never expected that she wouldn’t eat food. I’m unsure of what to do. Her doctor said if she doesn’t start in a few weeks she’ll need therapy? Anybody else have/had this same problem?
