contractions?

I am 15 years old and 37 weeks and 6 days pregnant. all morning I have been getting cramps in my lower stomach and my back hurt really bad. I can barely walk and it's hard to breathe. the cramps are hurting about every hour or so. is this contractions? should I go the hospital?

They could be contractions and they could also be Braxton Hicks. If I were you, I'd just give my OB a call and see what they say.

Sounds like it. you can go now if you want, but they will more than likely send you home since they are so far apart. Start keeping track of how far they are apart and how long they last

Sounds like contractions. When your contractions are regular and strong, and coming every four to five minutes for one to two hours, you should call your midwife or doctor. (A contraction is considered strong if you can't talk through it.) She will ask you several questions that will determine if it's time to go to the hospital to be examined.

When the contractions are about 5 minutes apart and like 30-40 seconds long
Then it's go time!
Unless you are timing the contractions and they are consistent !!
You are so close though it might be time, it might not be. So pay attention 😁
Because after 5 minutes apart, they go to 4 minutes apart. Then 3 minutes apart and 2 minutes apart....

Yes. Go to the hospital just to be sure. If it was just cramping I'd say it's probably Braxton Hicks contractions but with your other symptoms, it could be something else. With you being younger you are at risk for preterm labor. Better safe than sorry. Good luck and prayers to you.

if your baby is big enough like 6lbs or more id say just go jogging and get the labor going asap dont wait for a dr they are a complete waste of time some times 
jog and squat and see if anything gets worse if so its real goto L.D 
if it just hurts its BH they kinda do get strong but real contractions force you to dilate and water breaks
