Poor baby has a cold :( any advice ? Would my Breast milk help him even if I only pump not actually breast feed?

Any advice would be great, I just sent my husband to get the nose frida because the dang bulbs do not work

mine has a cold from visiting the ER last week. stuffy nose and cough. doc told me to give him 1.5ml of infant tylenol. 
he got his 2 month vaccinations and he got a 100 degree fever from that. gave him tylenol and within an hour it was doen to 98.5. woke up with the stuffy nose and cough again though. but give the infant tylenol a try
