Heat Rash?

Hi everyone! Do you think this is heat rash? It started on his chin over a week ago and then it went away. And now this has come up on his neck. It's more visible when I apply vasaline on it. What should I do ?!!!

My LO had something similar looking. It was a drool rash. We kept smothering it in Vaseline and keeping the area dry. Is he teething?

Make an appointment with the doctor to be sure. We had a case of what we thought was heat rash, but turned out to be a reaction to the lotion I used. Better to get peace of mind by hearing from an expert.

Looks like a heat rash! My baby had them so bad anytime we went outside in the summer! I pretty much left it alone and didn't put anything on it. I just washed her face during her bath like normal and it cleared up pretty quick!
